We chose Joyful after receiving a very helpful phone call in response to our initial enquiry. Since then we have been working with Dannyelle 1:1 and have found it really useful. At the beginning, tips such as buying our puppy 'coffee-wood' have helped us to get him into really good chewing habits and explaining how to crate train him have supported us in getting him comfortable sleeping in his crate all night. As he has got older, advice around how to help him behave calmly around new people and other dogs has helped us immensely when we are out on walks. He is now 18 wks and strangers comment upon how good he is on the lead! We commit to what Dannyelle shows us in the sessions, and with patience and consistency have seen improvements in everything that we have been working on. We look forward to continuing to work with Dannyelle as our puppy gets older - we know that there will be other behaviors that come up as he grows and we trust that she will be able to continue to help us.
