We all really enjoyed the course and appreciated Joy’s approach.  It gave us confidence as owners to carry on training at home and helped us understand how dogs think and the best way to interact with our puppy.  There were many simple techniques or ways of training that were a revelation and have stuck with us as our puppy grows.  We love the “Find it” game and play it almost everyday.  We also found our one to one session incredibly helpful as we were able to discuss specific behaviours or challenges.  We quite often say now “What would Joy do?"  Tulip responds well to hand targeting, her recall is improved as is her lead walking.  I think our confidence has grown too using a positive re-inforcement approach.  We would definitely recommend Joy.
