I signed up for puppy training including a home visit and I have to say that it exceeded my expectations. Helen was so helpful and also extended the service to several phone calls and messages regarding some issues with our puppy. Highly recommend Joyful dogs for puppy classes and especially Helen - also for 1-1 training sessions. I chose Joyful Dogs because they use only positive reinforcement methods. I wasn’t disappointed and I think that the exercises we did in the classes increased the engagement between my puppy and I. I definitely saw improvement in her behavior especially with the exercise ‘leave it’ which now helps me keep her under control in situations where I need to - like when she wants to chase cars… Our training journey continued with a 1-1 session with Joy which also taught me a lot about looking at how my dog moves and the more subtle signals in her body language. Professional, kind, knowledgeable and worth every penny!
