Rupert

We found Joyful Dogs through a Google search, luckily we picked the best one!  Joy's 1:1 sessions were extremely helpful, especially as we haven’t been able to attend puppy classes due to COVID. We did our first sessions not long after bringing Rupert home, so it was great to start when he was young, and also importantly to train us too. We worked on all sorts of techniques based around game playing, recall, dog socialising, walking on and off lead, distractions from prey chasing etc. Joy was happy to help us with anything that we needed or had questions about. Rupert has developed amazingly as he’s grown older using the positive reinforcement and training taught to us by Joy. He’s extremely gentle, friendly and pretty obedient, he’s still young and there’s still more to work on, but he’s grown into a wonderful dog and that’s largely down to Joy’s help.  I would absolutely recommend Joy, she’s been friendly, helpful, polite and very reasonably priced for her invaluable help.
