Rudi!

We contacted Joy about 1:1 training with Rudi after a really enjoyable 6 wk Puppy Course last year. We found Joy’s approach clear and straightforward.  The 121 training focussed on lead walking and recall; using treats and their placement to reduce pulling on lead along with the bowling game, flirt pole, and squeezy cheese game to reinforce Recall.  Rudi is not  that food orientated so Joy highlighted exactly how to reinforce her using play and chase games! We found the sessions extremely useful and whilst we would have liked more before moving away, we have been practising daily with what we did learn. There has been a marked improvement in Rudi’s lead walking and recall – she pulls less on the lead and is more likely to respond to us when on the long line out and about. We would wholly recommend Joy for your dog training needs!
