Ruby

I was recommended to Joy by a friend and was immediately impressed by her friendliness, responsiveness and flexibility.  I signed up our 6-month old Cockapoo, Ruby, for a series of four 1:1 sessions at our family home and within the course of a month have witnessed dramatic changes in her behaviour.  Joy spent some time before the sessions gathering information about Ruby so that she was prepared and focused when it came to training.  Initially we worked on various games and exercises to improve Ruby’s recall, along with stimulating her mentally.  Over time we moved to working on various other behavioural issues and eventually progressed to lead walking.  Since working with Joy I feel much more confident delivering training and have seen many positive behavioural changes in our puppy.  As a first-time puppy owner I would wholeheartedly recommend Joy to any new dog owner (and have already done so) and will continue to use her as Ruby gets older.
