Lola-Jane

Our anxious Labrador puppy really struggles with the chaos of walking on a lead in our neighbourhood... so many people and vehicles and loud airplanes and unexpected things. Her anxiety just stacks and she becomes unmanageable, which is tough when a 25kg dog is dragging you down the pavement. Katie has really been amazing. She is so calm and gentle and definitely understands dogs (and our specific puppy) so well. She's helping her learn how to manage and teaching us, too, how to best support and guide her. She's really connected so well with our girl, and whereas we initially despaired of ever having a non-chaotic dog, we do see progress and a light at the end of the tunnel. Many thanks to Katie and to Joyful Dogs for helping us all. Our puppy's behaviour is slowly getting less embarrassing, and we are becoming better, more knowledgeable owners, too.
