Jasper

When I first had Jasper, a 4 month old cocker-jack, he was terrified of people and was too frightened to go on a walk. I found Joy on an internet search and was immediately drawn to her principles of dog training, giving choices and approaching their problems in a force-free way. From our first 1:1 meeting I was not disappointed. Joys methods were proactive, allowing Jasper to get to know her in a calm yet effective way, with games, play and food. By our third session we were walking in the park which is something I never thought we would do, and by our last session we were on Cleeve Common walking past people without so much as a bark from Jasper. It is on-going training but Joy has given Jasper and I the tools to help us get to where we are and where we are going and I cannot thank her enough for the support, patience and guidance. I highly recommend! More sessions will be booked for loose-leash walking. Brace yourself, Jasper!
