Hugo

Exceeded our expectations - We had one to one training sessions with Joy, it was very fun and our Cavapoo Hugo loved Joy and every second of the training. Joy is very knowledgable, professional, engaging and an extremely calm/ kind trainer.  Joy has taught us some great techniques on how our body language impacts Hugo's understanding. Hugo was constantly rewarded with treats for his positive behaviour to the learning.  We had some Home Visits and some Park Walks to learn recall, find it/ snuffle box games, loose lead walking, distraction techniques.  We have definitely seen an improvement in Hugo - he is a more confident pup. We are now moving onto the group puppy training.  I would highly recommend Joy to anyone, as she only uses positive reinforcement methods to train and all of the training we've had has exceeded our expectations.
