Howie

I don't often write reviews, but feel compelled to do so about Joyful dogs as we have gained so much from it.  We  recently finished the Puppy Starters group course with our puppy, and also 1;1 training sessions and have had such a brilliant experience - its made having a puppy infinitely more fun and enjoyable!  It wasn't the chaos I was expecting in a puppy class instead it was structured and a calm environment for the puppies (even if our dog did try his hardest to create havoc), learning many skills that we will continue to develop- far more than the sit and lie down commands!  Our one to one's with Helen have been targeted and extremely helpful, ensuring we are able to adjust training Howie to his needs, and also ours! We recognise that alot of the training is actually training us! We look forward to continuing training as and when the need arrives but have plenty of skills to be working on now and developing!  I love the use of positive reinforcement and the suggestions and tools we have been given to reinforce behaviour has be invaluable- our puppy loves training and we do too!
