The Puppy Improvers course was very enjoyable for dog and owner.  It has given me alternative methods and exercises to try - rather than a one-size fits all.  Joy was able to tailor the course to each person's requirements and we learned how to keep our dog's focus whilst other dogs played.  Particularly enjoyed the open communication style  which meant we could delve deeper into specific behaviour challenges and explore new training routes.
